How does it Work?
Performance Consulting begins with a conversation with our Certified Master Performance Consultant, Founder and CEO Marlissa Hamilton. After the initial conversation, diagnosis is performed using a very intricate scientific performance consulting method called HPI. Diagnosis can take up to 5 weeks as we gather information about your business. After diagnosis, it's time to prescribe your solution. You'll be given a comprehensive plan of actionable solutions to improve your business performance based on your specific business goals.

Step 1:
Initial Consultation
Book a 30 minute consultation with our Master Performance Consultant to be sure we're a good fit for your needs.
Step 2:
Diagnostics
Our Master Performance Consultant will begin diagnostics. This process takes up to 5 weeks, and includes several phases of meticulous work getting to know your business inside and out.
Step 3:
Solution
Our Master Performance Consultant will begin creating a custom prescribed solution based off of the diagnosis. This process takes up to 6 weeks. Your prescribed solution is tailored to your business and your goals. You, the business owner, will need to implement these solutions - just as you would a doctor's orders.
Step 4:
Maintanence
After you recieve your prescribed solution, you may purchase a six-month retainer(s) with Hamilton Business Performance Consulting for ongoing assistance based on your solution plan You will need to keep up with your business health every year.
